As presented at the Local meeting on 01/21/10 a referendum vote pertaining to Article 4.2 of the Local 726 Constitution/ Bylaws will be open for active member voting.  The vote will be open from 2/05/10 thru 2/15/10.  Please see the attached document for the proposed change.  Respectfully- Kevin Blank VP
